Hello! My name is Stephanie and I interned at Carina e Dolce during spring of 2016. Aside from my classes at Johnson and Wales, I had little experience in the baking field. Andrea has taught me most of what I know today. She brought me out of my shell and allowed me to be creative. My skills developed over the course of those few months and, they continue to develop under her guidance. It's been a great experience and I am deeply thankful for everything she has taught me. I can't wait to see where it takes me!
