Carina e Dolce, Specialty Cakes & Cookies is the brainchild of Confectionary Artist & Chef Andrea Soave Nadeau. She has been on the Rhode Island culinary scene for more than two decades. Andrea held the role of Chef de Cuisine and Pastry Chef at Camille's Restaurant in Providence, RI for more than 13 years. Now she is taking her passion for everything sweet directly to you! Carina e Dolce, which means "Darling Sweets", is here for all of your special occasion needs. We specialize in custom multi-tier cakes, cupcake towers, cake pops, Italian cookies, custom sugar cookies, and edible party favors.
