My internship at Carina e Dolce was amazing, if I had to put it into one word. Andrea taught me several techniques, from how to properly flat ice a cake, apply fondant, sculpt a variety of objects, and design custom cookies. She assisted me with any question I had and also taught me how to create a high heel shoe and gourmet popcorn out of fondant. I also learned how to work in a fast paced environment, which allowed me to excel in time management as well. She made me feel comfortable and enthused to go to work everyday. Carina e Dolce is more than a custom cake shop, it's family.
