When I walked into my first day at Carina E Dolce, I had no idea what was about to come. Knowing that this was an internship, I was expecting to be stuck in the corner, making batch after batch of buttercream – at least for the first couple of weeks (as go most internships). Instead, I was thrown into a crazy world of unicorn cakes, glittery cake pops, and chocolate millennium falcons. Andrea is so eager to share her incredible talent, and was always encouraging us to try new things, helping us every step of the way. I woke every morning during my internship excited to see what the day held. My time at Carina E Dolce wasn’t just an amazing internship, it was also the best job experience I’ve ever had.
