Hello. My name is Nicolette and I was an intern at Carina e Dolce in the Winter of 2018-2019. During my internship, I learned so much working along side Andrea. She assisted me whenever I needed help or had any questions about what we were creating that day. I was taught several techniques, such as properly sculpting things with fondant and decorating custom cookies. I made a great choice by picking Carina e Dolce and I suggest anyone looking for decorating experience to come work with Andrea. She has so much to teach and offer a baking and pastry student. I am so glad that I was given this opportunity to work at such an amazing place.
