Throughout my months of interning at Carina e Dolce I’ve learned among all things, patience. My internship there has been timeless, in the fact that it’s a special kind of home. It’s a place where I could be myself and learn from the masters in the room. I’m blessed to have chosen this place for my internship because of the opportunities my Boss gave me. Starting out, I worked on cookies and worked my way upwards to cakes. There hasn’t been a single piece I’ve done without a smile. When you work there everything is magical and I’m glad to be a part of that. I can say that without the experience Andrea has given me, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
