Having an internship at Carina E Dolce was an awesome experience. Being able to have hands-on experience in an industry that I have dreamed of working in helped me progress with my skills. I went through many new experiences that helped me practice decorating cakes, cookies, and assorted pastries. Being an intern there helped me confirm wanting to open up a specialty cake shop of my own one day.
