Hey, my name is TaJonay and I attend Johnson & Wales University. I did my internship at Carina E Dolce Fall 2017. Interning here has been an amazing experience. Being able to work side by side with the owner, Andrea, I was able to learn different techniques from decorating cookies and cakes to beautiful treats such as cake pops and Rice Krispie pops. My time there has helped develop my passion for baking even more. My favorite thing from my internship was everything from the tedious tasks to the quick ones. Having the opportunity to work with such amazingly talented and genuine people and a chance to be a part of the great Carina E Dolce family was an amazing and growing experience for me. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms and making me feel apart of the family!
